Online Blackjack
Online Blackjack is an Online Gambling game of skill and chance between you and the Dealer. It is
played with between one and six standard decks of cards.
Cinema Casino features multiple versions of Online Blackjack, including: Bonus
Blackjack, Double Exposure Blackjack, Super Fun 21 Blackjack, Blackjack,
Multi-hand Blackjack, Triple 7's Progressive Blackjack, Vegas Strip Blackjack,
Vegas Downtown Blackjack, Atlantic City Blackjack and Spanish Blackjack.
The aim is to beat the Dealer's hand by either getting a better hand, without
exceeding 21, or by the Dealer's hand going bust.
Note:
Online Blackjack is when your hand contains an Ace and
a card with a value of ten. It is the strongest hand in Blackjack,
and automatically stands. It cannot be beaten, only matched.

Winning hands in Blackjack pay out as follows:
- If you win with a Blackjack, you will be paid out at odds of 3 to 2
on your original bet. So if you bet 10 you would win 25.
- For any normal winning hand of Blackjack the payout will double your
bet. So, if you bet 10 you would win 20.
- If you lose against a Dealer's Blackjack and have taken Insurance you
are paid out at odds of 1 to 1.5 on your original bet. So, if you bet 10
you are paid 15.
Terminology
Online Blackjack - This is when your hand contains an Ace and a
card with a value of 10. It is the strongest hand in Blackjack, and automatically
stands. It cannot be beaten, only matched.
21 - This is when the value of the cards dealt equals 21, but
is not a Blackjack. For example, Nine of Spades, a Four of Diamonds and an Eight
of Clubs equals 21.Note: Blackjack always beats any other hand
with a value of 21.
Denomination - The denomination is the number on the cards,
from 2 to 10, Jack, Queen, King and Ace.
Value - Jack, Queen and King have the value of 10. The Ace card
has the value of either 1 or 11.
Insurance - This is a side bet against the possibility of the
Dealer getting Blackjack. You can take Insurance if you do not have Blackjack,
and the Dealer's first card is an Ace. Insurance costs half your original bet.
Split - You can split two cards with the same denomination,
such as two Queens or two Fours. Your hand is divided into two separate hands
and a bet equal to your original bet is placed on the second hand. You have effectively
doubled your bet. A new card is dealt to each hand and you play these hands as
normal.
Note: Cards of the same value but not of the same denomination
cannot be split in this version of Blackjack, for example a Ten of Diamonds and
a Jack of Spades have the same value of 10 but cannot be split because they are
not from the same denomination.
Double - This is a side bet that your hand will beat the Dealer's
with only one more card drawn. You can double when your hand has a value of 9,
10 or 11. You are dealt one card and your hand automatically stands. Doubling
costs the same as your original bet. If you win you are paid double your total
bet. This win amount is equal to four times your original bet.
Hit - This is when you request another card from the shoe because
your hand is not strong enough to beat the Dealer's hand. You are dealt one card.
Bust - If your hand value exceeds 21, your hand is bust. Your
hand is over and you lose your bet.
Push - This is when your hand and the Dealer's hand tie. You
are paid your original bet.
Stand - This is when you are satisfied with the value of your
hand and do not want to draw any more cards. This ends the play of your hand.
The Dealer plays his hand and both hands are compared.
