1. Downloading and Installing

B. How to Download the Free Software?
- You can download this software by clicking here or on the Download button, and follow the instructions.

C. After downloading the software, what do I do next?
- Double-click the icon of the downloaded program (file name is "Cinema.exe"). After that, please follow the step-by-step instructions of the Installation Wizard.

D. I could not find the software I downloaded. What do I do?
- Normally, it will reside on your desktop. However, if you still cannot find it, click "Start" -> "Find" -> "Files or Folders", then type in "Cinema.exe", and finally click on the "Find Now" button. After you have found the software, double-click to begin the installation.

E. What's the name of the program?
- Cinema.exe

F. How long will it take to download the program?
- It depends on the speed of your modem. You can use the following table to estimate your download time:

Modem Speed: 56K - 15 minutes
Modem Speed: 33.6K - 25 minutes
Modem Speed: 28.8K - 35 minutes

G. Will there be any chance of catching a virus by downloading this program?
- Definitely no. Not a chance.

H. Do I have to download every time I want to play?
- No. You only need to download and install once. The user initially downloads a small file, of around 5MB, containing the most popular games: e.g. Blackjack, Roulette, Craps etc. Other games can be downloaded later to your machine as you require them. See 2A below.

2. Adding Games

B. Why are some game buttons gray?
- Those are games that have not yet been added to your computer. If you want that particular game, you have to download it first as mentioned above.

C. How long will it take to download the new game?
- It depends on your modem speed. Normally it takes 3-5 minutes.

D. While downloading, can I play the other games or check out the menu?
- Yes, you can.

3. Registering as a Member

B. If I want to play for free, do I have to register?
- Yes, you do have to register. However, you have to choose "Practice Play".

C. Is there any cost for registering at Cinema Casino?
- No. You are not charged to simply register, regardless of whether you register as a Guest or Play for Real Cash.

D. If I do not want to register via the Internet, is there any other way?
- You can rest assured of the safety of your information through the Internet. However, you can register by telephone if you prefer. You can call our Support Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

E. How can I cancel my membership?
- You do not have to cancel your membership because there are no fixed costs or maintenance fees. However, if you wish to have your membership cancelled, you can email or call our Support Team.

B. I cannot remember my Account Name and Password. What should I do?
- Please contact our Support Team (please check details on Contact Us page). In order to comply with eCogra's strict policies on account details, we are only able to provide players account details after positively identifying a player over the phone.

C. Can I let someone else use my account?
- No. They have to open their own account.

- We assure you that our software is user friendly and easy to use for everyone. However, you can read our help file or call our Support Staff for help.

C. I am not sure of the status of a previously played game. What do I do?
- We have your information saved on our server and if you want to verify you can contact our Support Staff.

D. How fair are the games at Cinema Casino?
- Our gaming server fully complies with fair gaming policies. It uses a Random Number Generator to produce the gaming results and our odds are verified to be fair.

E. Are there any additional features available for download?
- Yes. Some games like Craps, Roulette etc have downloadable effects. If the casino is not already running, run the casino by selecting the "Cinema Casino" icon from the program manager group, log on to the casino (see 4A above), select "Options" on the main menu and then select "View available upgrades" and download from a choice of features.
